CLOSE TO 33,000 ENTHUSIASTS AT THE 2020 MONTREAL MOTORCYCLE SHOW!

Montreal, March 2, 2020 – The Montreal Motorcycle Show, presented by La Capitale Insurance and Financial Services, welcomed close to 33,000 riders and future riders to the Palais des congrès this past weekend.  This represents a 3% increase in attendance compared to the previous year.

“In addition to all those riders who come out to the show each and every year, we were especially thrilled to see so many new faces in 2020, said Show Manager, Bianca Kennedy.  We welcomed more families through our doors, as well as lots of younger visitors and female attendees.  We seem to really be connecting with a new generation of riders who are excited and motivated to discover the sport!”

The Show’s main attractions

The Yamaha Riding Academy was extremely popular with our junior visitors (6 to 12 years old).  More than 300 kids took advantage of this popular feature, with some discovering the joy of riding for the very first time.  Visitors also had the chance to take in trials demonstrations with 4-time trials champion Jordan Szoke, and his family.  And of course, the always popular Hangar 17, presented in collaboration with ONELAND, was a great place for visitors to check out custom bikes, meet local builders and connect with independent brands.

The next edition of the Montreal Motorcycle Show is running from February 26 – 28, 2021.

Until then, have a great riding season!
