THE QUEBEC CITY AND MONTREAL MOTORCYCLE SHOWS RETURN IN 2020

TWO OPPORTUNITIES TO “GET HANDS ON “!

Quebec City, Monday, December 9, 2019 Quebec’s two largest events for motorsport enthusiasts, the Quebec City and Montreal Motorcycle Shows, presented by La Capitale General Insurance, will come roaring back to the Centre de foires in Quebec City from Friday, February 7 to Sunday, February 9, 2020 and the Palais des congrès de Montréal from Friday, February 28 to Sunday, March 1, 2020. For new and seasoned riders, the shows are a perfect opportunity to get hands on and discover the latest in new models, accessories and equipment.

Produced by Power Sport Services, the Motorcycle Shows offer the widest range of exhibitors in the industry. Visitors will be able to check out the latest bikes from the world’s top manufacturers, meet accessory distributors and shop for their next ride from the different dealers on site.  In addition to all the motorcycles, ATVs, scooters and three-wheelers, the events also offer a wide range of equipment, motorcycle clubs and federations, as well as activities and workshops. Hangar 17, in collaboration with Oneland, will be back at the Montreal Show and, for the first time, in its full version in Quebec City! This 5,000 sq. ft. space offers exclusive access to the heart of Quebec’s custom motorcycle scene, bringing together various builders and independent brands that celebrate the culture and lifestyle of riding.

SHE RIDES will roll out on Friday evening at both Shows. With more and more women learning to ride, this special event is a great opportunity to take the first step or the next step into the awesome world of riding.  On the program for that night: half-price admission for women after 5 p.m. and a women’s only draw for an exciting prize.

A family-favourite, the Yamaha Riding Academy, will be back at both shows, giving kids aged 6 to 12 the opportunity to learn how to ride in a safe environment, under the supervision of trained and certified instructors. Participation is limited to eight riders at a time, and each session lasts 15 minutes. The Yamaha Riding Academy is a great way to get kids started in an exciting sport and help them develop a real passion for riding.

“A visit to the Motorcycle Shows is the best way to forget about Quebec’s harsh winter and to start dreaming and planning next summer’s adventures!  Riders of all ages, styles and levels are invited to attend the Motorcycle Shows to discover new bikes, travel ideas, the latest equipment and a host of tips and advice from experts and others who are passionate about the lifestyle.  The two shows also offer visitors a chance to win big. There will be a draw for Kawasaki Z400 motorcycle at each of the shows,” says Bianca Kennedy, Manager of the Quebec City and Montreal Motorcycle Shows.
